I began practicing yoga in 2007 after a lifetime of dance. Yoga was a way to get exercise at a low impact and a mindful pace but quickly grew to an entirely different approach to living. In August 2016 I graduated from a 200 hour teacher training led by Jenny Ravikumar at Barefoot Yoga Shala in Middleton, MA and started teaching straight away.
In my fun, lighthearted classes, I emphasize that listening to what your body needs is something only you can do. This is your yoga - it should feel good, be FUN and bring your peace, breath and mind to the present moment. My guidance will bring you back to the here and now.
